How it works
You have almost nothing to manage. We guide you at every step, from choosing the presentation to the handover of the audios (and videos if you add the option).
Share your date, venue and event type. We respond quickly with a suitable proposal (Roman tables or small booth).
We reserve your date, choose the presentation together, then help you prepare your voice welcome message.
A few days before, we check practical info (access, schedule, quiet corner) and finalize the decoration, LED sign and personalized signage.
We arrive at the venue, set up the phone, LED sign, decoration and run sound tests.
Your guests pick up the handset, hear your message then leave theirs. We discretely ensure everything runs smoothly.
We collect the equipment, extract all audio (and video if option), then you receive your files to keep forever.
Audio guestbook option
Everything is already included for the classic audio guestbook. The only available option simply adds the video dimension to your small booth.
Video guestbook option
The same emotion as an audio guestbook… but filmed in the small booth. The option simply adds to the small-booth package.

A quiet corner, a power outlet — we handle everything else.
Roman tables: a small corner is enough. Small booth: allow about 2m x 2.5m for guest comfort.
A standard outlet nearby, nothing specific needed. We provide the extensions.
